Q: How many bags do I receive monthly?
A: Each month, you’ll receive 10 (ten) 100-gram bags of candy.
Q: When are orders sent out?
A: Your order will be packed and sent out on the first business day of each month.
Q: Do I get to choose my own candies?
A: Yes! You are able to choose your own selection of candies every month. Just send your list of preferred varieties to shop@karameller.com a week prior to your order being sent out. Want to keep the same flavours every month? That’s fine, too! You won’t have to do anything if that’s the case.
Q: Can I change my flavours every month?
A: If you feel like changing things up, you are more than welcome to select new flavours monthly.
Q: I’m overwhelmed by all the candies—could you choose them for me?
A: Absolutely! We are more than happy to surprise you every month so you can try our entire catalog of candy.
Q: When will my credit card get charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged on the first business day of every month. You will receive a receipt as soon as we process your order.
Q: How will I be receiving my order?
A: We’ll be shipping your order using FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post.
Q: Will I be charged shipping?
A: Nope! Shipping is included in the cost.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: We’re sad to see you go, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time you choose. Please give us a week’s notice prior to the first of the month to ensure your credit card is no longer charged.
