We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please keep the following in mind:

  • Karameller Candy Shop ships to Canada and the United States only.
  • All Karameller orders ship from Vancouver, Canada. For our esteemed US customers, please note that any customs or duty charges will be your responsibility.
  • Orders received on holidays, or Friday through Sunday, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
  • All orders ship via Canada Post for Canada orders, and Canada Post hands over to USPS for US orders. We are not able to attach special shipping instructions to packages. We recommend you use Address Line 2 for any special instructions if required.
  • If there are any issues with any of your selections, we will contact you immediately to let you know, and arrange an alternate selection if reasonable.
  • Occasionally, we may need to contact you to verify order information, if our ecommerce solution deems the transaction to have a higher than normal risk rating (for instance: multiple failed attempts, incorrect billing info, etc.)
  • For orders with multiple candy types, we package each candy separately, but cannot avoid cross contamination entirely as serving utensils (scoops, tongs) may come in contact with other candies.
